VENDOR INFO

Booths cost only $175 each inside the ice arena. Food trucks do not need to pay to be at the show, but must still verify they will be present at the event

The show will be open from 10am till 4:30pm on Saturday, May 13th. Vendors do not need to staff their booths for the entire time, but displays cannot be taken down until after 4:30

Spaces will be drawn on the floor of the ice arena and marked with their number. There will be no pipe & drape or tables provided. You must bring everything you need.

Move-in will start on Friday, from 1pm till 7pm. Vendors can also move in before the show 7am-9am on Saturday. All booths must be moved out by 6pm on Saturday evening.

All booth spaces will be 10ft wide and 8ft deep inside the ice arena. Limited outdoor space also is available by request

Limited electrical access will be available with an additional fee, and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Please let us know if you need electrical in advance
